Lending her expertise in the field of education for over 15 years, Ms. Ritu Basra is a valued mentor, educationist and RTI-certified counsellor to her students. Skilled in conceptualizing, developing and implementing school counselling strategies, she is known for taking the lead and instilling values that an alma mater expects in its students. 

With educational qualifications such as her Bachelor of Science – Chemistry Honors, Bachelors of Education, Masters of Science in Chemistry, high ranker in National Eligibility Test, Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counseling, 2012 and a certificate in Human Growth, Development and Guidance and Conflict Resolution, she is well-equipped to guide the way for young minds and deliver upon her knowledge to carve a path to mutual success for the children.

Starting her journey in the education domain with giants like Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Limited in 1999 and catering to names such as The Afghan Center, The British School in New Delhi; Gold Arch International Preschool in China, Mont’ Kiara International School, Malaysia and others — she has been the torchbearer for thousands of students. She intends to keep contributing her bit to the world by serving her calling of helping youth to bloom into better individuals and create their own success stories with well-established career paths. 

Certified by The National Association for Play Therapy, India and further creating a space as a Certified Life Coach along with her other achievements, Ms. Ritu, is an asset to the industry and envisions to make a difference with her skillset and her will to educate masses and strengthen the present and future of the country.
